No diagnosis needed
You do not need a formal diagnosis to apply.

You can apply yourself
You don't have to wait for a school to do it. Our founder did it herself.

A low threshold
The legal test is "may it be necessary?". 'May' means possible, NOT proven.

Strict timelines
The Local Authority (LA) must decide within 6 weeks. The full process should take no more than 20 weeks.

Your right to appeal
If the LA refuses, you have the right to appeal the decision.
